Job description
Role & responsibilities
- The person will be responsible for overseeing research projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and assisting the Economics Head.
- Provides appropriate support to researchers in writing, editing, and publishing research result
- Leads and develops internal and external research and policy networks
- Edit articles, reports and research papers for the website
- Strong research skills, including experience with econometric software such as STATA, R, SPSS etc.
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with economic theories, data analysis, and research methods
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent writing and speaking communication; fluency in another Indian language is desirable
- Experience working in a research or academic environment
Preferred candidate profile
- Masters degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- Excellent Communication and writing skills
- Excellent Excel and research skills
