In conformity with the requirements laid down under the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the CSR Rules) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India under section 135, Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) the Board has formulated a CSR Policy and constituted a Committee. The management of the company support to the CSR concept, its legal framework and shall abide to it.

The CSR objectives of Infomerics Valuation And Rating Private Limited (IVRPL) is to achieve the implementation of meaningful and sustainable CSR programmes and pledges to contribute annually the sums not less than the minimum amount as prescribed by the applicable law towards CSR activities.

Computer Literacy Centre

Infomerics, a Credit Rating firm under the CSR initiative opened a fully equipped twelve-seater Computer Literacy and Education Centre for the vulnerable section of the society at the JJ cluster in Sector 1, Dwarka partnering with SPOWAC an NGO. The centre aims to provide facility for online classes apart from imparting basic computer literacy to the vulnerable section of the society. Many beneficiaries have already been enrolled and would benefit from the programme.

In order to make education interesting for the children and rekindle their interest in studies, education would be imparted in the form of online story telling. There are different modules for the primary classes developed to create interest for studies. Proper course material for various classes as per the syllabus will ensure that children maintain continuity. Online classes for dance, music, yoga, painting etc. provides an opportunity to the children from vulnerable section to showcase their talent.

Recently under the guidance of Mrs. Lakshmi Krishnan Infomerics has opened a fully equipped Computer Centre for underprivileged children of the society at JJ colony, Dwarka Sector. The centre aims to provide online class facility along with imparting basic computer education to the vulnerable section of the society.
