MAJ. SUMEET CHHIBBER

Maj. Sumeet Chhibber is a seasoned HR professional with 18 years of extensive experience in developing and driving various strategic HR initiatives across industries in banking and IT. He has worked with organizations like CSB Bank Ltd, Blinkit, IMS, YES BANK Ltd and HCL Infosystems ltd.

He has an experience in implementing HR initiatives in various geographies and working closely with business for organizational growth and has been instrumental in driving employer branding, employee engagement and performance management.

Prior to his corporate journey he has served in Indian Army in 9 Gorkha Rifles as a short service commissioned officer. Academically, MBA (Marketing & HR) from MD University in 2000.
